I purchased a pre-order product, when will I receive it?

You will find the official release date of the item on the corresponding product page.

Please note that this date concerns the release in South Korea. Consequently, the items are delivered to us in Lyon with a delay. It takes about 2 weeks, but this delay may be longer.

I want to pre-order a product and purchase an item in stock, how do I do this?

We recommend that you place two separate orders : one for the pre-order and one for the products in stock.

If you combine everything at once, your entire order will not be available until the pre-ordered product is in stock.

Can I choose the product version?

You can choose the version of your item directly on the product sheet when it is available.

Sometimes some products are only available randomly. In this case, do not hesitate to add a comment on your order and put your priority list. We will do our best to satisfy your request within the limit of available stocks.

What should I do if I can't find the product I'm looking for?

There are so many references that it is entirely possible that the product you are looking for is not referenced by us.

Don't panic! Send us your request via the contact form and we will try to order the product from our suppliers. If it is available, we will add it to our next order and it will arrive with the next restocking.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order at any time.

To do this, contact us by phone, by DM on Insta or via the website form.

What payment methods are accepted?

On our site: bank cards.

In store: Bank cards, cash and Pass Culture (only for CDs).

What delivery methods are available?

Click and Collect is the only delivery method available.

Once your order has been paid for and confirmed, wait for the email confirming the availability of your order in store.

Can I ask someone to pick up my order for me?

Yes, it is absolutely possible. Please note, however, that we ask you to notify us by email, by DM on insta or directly in the comments of your order, indicating the first and last name of the person who will come to collect your order. This person will need to present their ID to collect the items.

Can I collect only part of my order?

No, you must wait until all products are available in store to collect an order.

So pay close attention to the product release dates.
